曉星重工業(yè)2月5日宣布，已與世界最大的工業(yè)氣體公司林德(Linde plc)簽署了合資協(xié)議，以促進(jìn)其液化氫業(yè)務(wù)。
根據(jù)合同，林德氫能將在2023年初之前在曉星集團(tuán)旗下的蔚山的基地建設(shè)一座13,000噸的液化氫工廠。這將是世界上最大的單一氫工廠。最早將在二月份破土動(dòng)工。
曉星氫電計(jì)劃在全國(guó)120多個(gè)地點(diǎn)建設(shè)氫站，以從合資工廠供應(yīng)氫。該工廠每年將生產(chǎn)13,000噸液化氫，每年可為100,000輛氫氣車提供燃料。它將減少13萬(wàn)噸有害氣體排放。

Hyosung Heavy Industries announced on Feb. 5 that it has signed a joint venture (JV) deal with Linde plc, the world’s largest industrial gas company, to promote its liquefied hydrogen business.
Under the contract, Linde Hydrogen will build a 13,000-ton liquefied hydrogen plant on the site a site in Ulsan owned by Hyosung Group by early 2023. It will be the largest in the world as a single hydrogen plant. Ground will be broken as early as February.
Hyosung Hydrogen plans to build hydrogen charging stations in more than 120 locations across the country to supply hydrogen from the joint venture plant. The plant will produce 13,000 tons of liquefied hydrogen per year, an amount that can fuel 100,000 hydrogen cars a year. It will reduce 130,000 tons of harmful gas emissions.
"We will establish a hydrogen energy production, distribution and sales system, which is the core of revving up the hydrogen economy," said Cho Hyun-joon, chairman of Hyosung Group. "We will solidify our status as a leading company in the hydrogen sector."
"The Korean government has high expectations for hydrogen electric vehicles," said Sung Baek-seok, chairman of Linde Korea. "We will speed up the growth of the hydrogen industry in Korea with Hyosung."
